How is my order tracked?
For each order an email with be sent to you with the order number. Once the order is shipped, another email will be sent to you along with the shipping carrier tracking number (it takes usually 4-6 days from initial order to receive the shipping tracking information).
I placed my order, but I have not received my confirmation email yet.
The first place to look is in your spam folder if you haven’t checked there already. If it’s not there, get it touch with us and we will figure out what happened.

We know how sizes vary across the web, so we’ve provided a convenient sizing chart for every product. This cart is located below the description tab on every product page.

What kind of guarantees do you offer for your products?
If a product is physically defective, we’ll take it back! All of our products are carefully inspected for quality and we will exchange them for free if they have any physical defects.

Damaged/Incorrect Order
In the uncommon event that an item slips past our quality assurance team damaged, incorrect or with poor printing quality, we stand by our satisfaction guarantee and will be happy to offer a free replacement or refund on the damaged item. Please send us your order number and a photo of the item showing the damage to "sima@simavatm.com" or "simavatm@gmail.com", so we can start the process of making things right for you.
Order not received
If all of the shipping information you provided was accurate, and you’ve been patiently waiting for your apparel to arrive for over 90 business days, please contact us so we can replace or refund your order. Free replacement or refund is eligible only for orders that were given correct shipping information and the customer didn’t miss the parcel delivery.
Returns
If you have been supplied an incorrect item, we can typically remedy the problem once a photograph of the issue has been submitted along with the order number. Items eligible for replacement must have been purchased within the past 90 days, must be unwashed, unworn, and unused, or not what you initially ordered.
Please note: You must contact us prior to returning an item to obtain a return authorization and return instructions.

How much lead time should I expect before receiving my order?
Shipping Time Estimates
For standard shipment please plan on 3 weeks from day of purchase.
For express shipment please plan on 2 weeks from day of purchase.
It takes approximately 3-5 business days to fulfill your order and ship it to you.
How can I track my order?
We will send you a tracking number via email so you can track your order.
If you didn’t receive a tracking number from us within the expected window, please contact our support team.
What happens if I don’t receive my package?
Please allow 30 business days for the package to arrive. If it hasn’t arrived in that time frame, contact us and we will try to get to the bottom of it!
How are shipping costs determined?
After you’ve selected your products and made it to the secure checkout, you will be asked for your delivery address and to select your shipping method. We use your address and method of shipping to calculate how much shipping will be for your order and add it to your subtotal.
